How do I find my way around the Always Angels site?

How do I view the gifts available on the site?

To view the gifts available at Always Angels, begin by clicking on one of the categories found on the left hand side of the Online Shopping page or on many of the other site pages. When you click on a category, you are taken to a page that contains pictures of gifts found in the category you clicked on. For a closer look at any of the gifts on a page, click on a gift. Clicking on a gift brings you to a page that has a larger photograph and a more detailed description of the gift you clicked on. Some categories have more than one page of gifts. To see the other pages, click on the arrow icons found at the top or bottom of a page.

How do I shop online?

There are three steps you'll take to buy something from Always Angels.

1. Along the left side of most every page, you'll see a list of Always Angels' gift categories. Begin shopping by clicking on one of these gift categories. When you click on a category, you'll see a page with pictures of gifts. Some categories have more than one page. If a category has more than one page, to see the other pages, click on the arrow icons found at the top or bottom of a page.

2. Click on a gift's picture to see a page that has a larger version of the picture you click on and a more detailed description of the gift. The gift's page also has an Add to basket button. Click the Add to basket button to place the gift in your basket. Like a hand basket in a grocery store, you use our site's basket to hold the items you want to purchase until you are ready to place an order.

3. After you place a gift in your basket, if you want to look at more gifts, click the Keep Shopping button. Once you finish adding gifts to your basket and are ready to place an order, click the Checkout button. The next 3 pages are online forms for you to fill out. Some of the information we'll ask you for is required; some is optional. To complete your purchase, you must fill in all required fields. Required fields are identified by a red (R). After you make a purchase, the system remembers your mailing information and fills in the forms for you, making it easier for you to shop the next time.

How do I remove an item from my basket?

To remove a gift from your basket, click the Remove box to the right of the item you want to remove and then click the Recalculate button to adjust the total amount due.

How do I order more than one of the same item?

On every gift's detail page and on the Contents of Basket page is a quantity box. If you want to purchase more than one of any gift, click in this quantity box and replace the number 1 with the quantity you want to purchase. If you change the quantity, click the recalculate button to re-compute your purchase total.

What if I want to buy an item and have it sent to a friend?

To send a gift to a friend, on the Billing Address page, click the No button next to the question, "Is this billing address also the shipping location?" Fill in the billing address, click the Continue button, then fill in the shipping address.

Can one order be sent to more than one location?

While you can order several gifts with one order, you can only send them to one location at a time. If you want to send gifts to more than one location, you'll have to fill out an order for each location.

Do I have to pay taxes on my purchase?

Regardless of where the person who purchases a gift lives, all gifts shipped to an address in the state of California must pay a sales tax of 7%.

No gifts shipped to an address outside of California are taxed.

When I click on an item in a drop down list, how come I don't go to that item?

In order to go to an item that you select from a list, select the item and then click the Go button to the right of the list.
